Born and raised in San Antonio, Kay Cole brings a lifelong connection to the city and a legal background to her work in real estate. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at San Antonio and her law degree from St. Mary’s University School of Law.
Licensed as an attorney since 2017, Kay’s experience includes business law, labor law, contract negotiation, and real estate law. She became a Realtor in 2025 and serves buyers and sellers with Carrasco Realty Group at eXp Realty.
Kay combines careful preparation, attention to detail, and negotiation experience with a personal approach to every transaction.
